You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, tracking can take a day or two to enter the system, so don’t stress if you are unable to view scan events immediately. Your order will be dispatched from our Canadian warehouses.
If your ordered item has a specified "sent" date in brackets, this means it’s a pre-sale purchase. You will receive that item in 2-8 business days from this "sent" date.
If you have pre-ordered two or more items, they will all be sent at the same time. We will wait until your entire order is in stock to dispatch it.

Yes! We are so confident you will love your Tumfort Toy that we offer a 30-day snuggle trial. If you decide it isn’t right for you, we will provide a returns postage label that can be used within this 30-day period. Please email us with your reason for returning it and, if applicable, photos of your complaint.
We like to make life easy. Your Tumfort Toy is machine washable using a gentle wash with very mild detergents (approved for wool/silk). However, to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of your Tumfort Toy, we recommend hand washing in cold water. Air-dry only.
If your order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment partner to ensure fast delivery to all our customers. If you do need to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.
